I concocted this one night while trying to figure out something to eat without going to the store. Very light, works well with mexican food.

Ingredients
- 1 box tri colored rotini noodles
- 2 small roma tomatoes
- 1/2 medium red onion
- 1 bunch cilantro, fresh
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/8 cup sugar
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make mucho grande pasta salad

Step 1Boil noodles in salty water as directed on the package. Drain.

Step 2Mix oil, vinegar and lime juice in a bowl, add sugar and wisk.

Step 3Chop onions, and tomatos into small pieces. Rough chop cilantro.

Step 4Mix pasta and veggies in dressing toss, add salt and pepper to taste and put in the refridgerator. Stir before serving.
