- 3/4 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced deli ham
- 1/4 cup shredded reduced fat chedder cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped celery
- DRESSING
- 3 tablespoons fat free mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons reduced fat sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- - lettuce leaves..optional
How To Make macaroni salad tomato cups

Step 1Cook macaroni according to package directions; Meanwhile,cut a thin slice off the top of each tomato. Scoop out pulp,leaving a 1/2" shell...Invert tomatoes on paper towels to drain. Drain macaroni and rinse in cold water. In a bowl,combine macaroni,ham,cheese and celery.

Step 2In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise,sour cream,onion powder,and pepper. pour over salad and stir to coat. spoon into tomato cups. Serve on a lettuce-lined plate if desired with any additional salad on the side.
