THIS IS REALLY GOOD, THEY USED TO SERVE IT ALL THE TIME AT THE LEGION IN MY HOME TOWN IN CANADA...EVERY WEEKEND THEY HAD SMORGASBORD AND DANCE...AND THIS WAS SUCH A HIT WITH EVERYONE.. THIS TASTES BETTER THE NEXT DAY...BUT IT IS GOOD EVEN WHEN YOU JUST MAKE IT...LOL

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked macaroni, ( cooled)
  • 2 - tomatoes, (remove seeds)
  • 1/2 - green bell peppers, diced
  • 1 - cucumber, diced
  • 2 - green onion, chopped

How To Make macaroni salad

  • Step 1
    IN A SEPARATE BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER 1/3 CUP OF WHITE SUGAR, 1/2 CUP OIL, 1/3 CUP KETCHUP, 1/4 CUP VINEGAR, 1 TSP SALT, 1/4 TSP PEPPER, 1/4 TSP PAPRIKA, 3 DROPS HOT SAUCE
  • Step 2
    MIX THE VEGGIES INTO THE MACARONI AND POUR OIL MIXTURE OVER ALL, MIX THIS ALTOGETHER WELL, COVER WITH SARAN WRAP AND REFRIGERATE..
  • Step 3
    THIS IS MMMMM GOOD THE DAY YOU MAKE IT, BUT IS EVEN BETTER, AND AWESOME THE NEXT DAY..(THAT IS IF THERE ARE ANY LEFTOVERS)....ENJOY
