This is just good plain and simple. Great any time of the year.- great at Buffet table, BBQ and picnic parties too.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces pkg. macaroni
  • 16 ounces can green peas, drained
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 2 large celery stalks, diced
  • 4 medium radishes,diced
  • 1 cup miracle whip salad dressing or mayonnaise
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup poppy seed dressing
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, to taste
  • 5 large eggs, hardboiled and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt

How To Make deli macaroni salad

  • Step 1
    Cook macaroni with the salt added. Cook al dente. Drain. In a large bowl; mix together the celery,onion, eggs, peas, and radishes. Combine salad dressing, mayo, poppy seed dressing sugar, seasoned salt and pepper. Pour mixture over cooked macaroni, stir to combine; chill in refrigerator for at least 6 to 8 hours or overnight ;until ready to serve. The salad will absorb the liquid and meld the flavors together.
