Ingredients

16 ozpkg. macaroni
-
16 ozcan green peas, drained

1 bunchgreen onions
-
2 largecelery stalks, diced
-
4 mediumradishes,diced
-
1 cmiracle whip salad dressing or mayonnaise
-
1 cmayo
-
1/2 cpoppy seed dressing
-
1 Tbspgranulated sugar, to taste
-
5 largeeggs, hardboiled and chopped
-
1 tsppepper
-
1 tspseasoned salt
How to Make Deli Macaroni Salad
- Cook macaroni with the salt added. Cook al dente. Drain.
In a large bowl; mix together the celery,onion, eggs, peas, and radishes.
Combine salad dressing, mayo, poppy seed dressing sugar, seasoned salt and pepper. Pour mixture over cooked macaroni, stir to combine; chill in refrigerator for at least 6 to 8 hours or overnight ;until ready to serve.
The salad will absorb the liquid and meld the flavors together.
