Ingredients

16 oz
pkg. macaroni
1 c
shredded red bell pepper,or other color
1 medium
onion, shredded
2 large
carrots, shredded
1 c
miracle whip salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 Tbsp
apple cider vinegar
1/2 to 1 c
granulated sugar, to taste
1/2 tsp
salt
14 oz
can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp
pepper
4 large
eggs, hardboiled and chopped

Step-By-Step

1Cook macaroni with the salt added. Cook al dente. Drain.
In a large bowl; mix together the bell pepper, onion, carrots, and salad dressing, vinegar, sugar, Eagle Brand Milk and pepper. Pour mixture into cooked macaroni, chill in refrigerator for at least 6 to 8 hours or overnight ;until ready to serve.
The salad will absorb the liquid and meld the flavors together.
