1Cook the pasta according to instructions. Do not over cook. Drain and run under cold water. Set aside
2Wash and Chop all veggies into small pieces.
3Mix veggies and pasta. Add dressing. Add seasoning. Gently mix. Add more seasoning to your taste.
4It is very important to make this a day before you want to serve it. Add more dressing the next day if salad appears dry. The pasta will soak up the dressing and seasoning. Add olives and shredded cheese if you desire before serving on top.
5I always double this recipe to make for a large gathering.
