Ingredients
- 1 box whole wheat pasta, or tri color pasta
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 large tomato
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 large red onion
- 1 large red, orange and yellow pepper
- 1 bottle fat free italian salad dressing
- 1 package shredded carrots
- 4 tablespoons salad seasoning with cheese. i buy mine at gordons food service.
- 1 small can of black sliced olives drained and rinsed. optional
How To Make lisa's pasta salad

Step 1Cook the pasta according to instructions. Do not over cook. Drain and run under cold water. Set aside

Step 2Wash and Chop all veggies into small pieces.

Step 3Mix veggies and pasta. Add dressing. Add seasoning. Gently mix. Add more seasoning to your taste.

Step 4It is very important to make this a day before you want to serve it. Add more dressing the next day if salad appears dry. The pasta will soak up the dressing and seasoning. Add olives and shredded cheese if you desire before serving on top.

Step 5I always double this recipe to make for a large gathering.
