I make this all year around. It's delicious and healthy, plus it's not time consuming.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups penne, ziti or bow ties
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup diced cheese(swiss, mozzarella, cheddar)
  • 1 cup small tomatoes ,cut in two
  • 1 cup black olives
  • 1 can cannellini beans, drained
  • 4 ounces boiled ham, cut in thin strips
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning

How To Make linda's pasta salad

  • Step 1
    Cook pasta according to diections. Drain and refrigerate until cool.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl mix cooled pasta with all other ingredients. Serve with crusty italian bread.
