I got this recipe from a good friend of mine that she brought to potluck dinners at church. It was always a big hit. I still make it for church and at home.

Ingredients For joyce's pasta salad

16 ozrotini pasta or fusillli
-
12 ozfeta cheese, crumbled
-
1/2 ckalmata olives-sliced
-
1/2 csundried tomatoes-diced (i sqeeze out the oil)

3 cfresh spinach-finely sliced
-
1/4 to 1/2 cred onion, chopped
- SAUCE
-
1/2 colive oil
-
3 Tbspred wine vinegar
-
2 to 3 clovegarlic, minced
-
1/2 tspsalt, i add it to taste
-
pepper to taste
How To Make joyce's pasta salad

1Mix ingredients together and then add your sauce. Mix all together well. The extra garlic and salt just give it more flavor for my taste.
