I got this recipe from a good friend of mine that she brought to potluck dinners at church. It was always a big hit. I still make it for church and at home.

Ingredients
- 16 ounces rotini pasta or fusillli
- 12 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup kalmata olives-sliced
- 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes-diced (i sqeeze out the oil)
- 3 cups fresh spinach-finely sliced
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- SAUCE
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, i add it to taste
- - pepper to taste

Step 1Mix ingredients together and then add your sauce. Mix all together well. The extra garlic and salt just give it more flavor for my taste.
