Irene's vegetable and macaroni salad

1 lbelbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 largeonion, chopped
1 largegreen bell pepper, chopped
1 can(s)sweetened condensed milk, not evaporated
1 cwhite vinegar
1 1/2 cmayonnaise
How to Make Irene's vegetable and macaroni salad
- Cook macaroni until barely tender. Drain and rinse with cold water. Put in large bowl and set aside.
- Add the vegetables to the macaroni and mix well.
- Combine condensed milk, vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.Mix well.
Add to the macaroni mixture and combine thoroughly.
- Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
