Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup plain, fat-free greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups whole wheat penne pasta
- 12 - cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 - cuumber, seeded and diced
- 3/4 cup drained garbanzo beans
- 1/4 cup sliced, pitted kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup low-fat crumbled feta cheese
- - pepper for seasoning

Step 1In a bowl, whisk together lemon kuice, yogurt, oil, oregano and salt. Cook pasta as directed , drain, cool.

Step 2Add to dressing in lg bowl, the pasta. Add tomatoes, cucumber, beans and olives.. Let cool. Stir in feta cheese ans season w/ pepper.
