Ingredients
- 12 ounces tri-colored twist pasta
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, quartered
- 1 - sliced red onion
- 1 - red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 - 10-1/2 oz can chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 16 ounces light sour cream
How To Make garden pasta salad

Step 1Cook pasta as directed, drain, place in a lg bowl. Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray, place over med-high heat.

Step 2Add broccoli, mushrooms and red bell pepper to skillet. Cook 2-3 mins, stirring often. Add broth, basil, thyme and crushed red pepper.

Step 3Add salt. Bring to a boil, cooking 2 more mins. Reduce heat to low. Stir in sour cream. Cook, atirring until fully heated. Pour mix over pasta in bowl, toss to coat and serve.
