Ingredients

  • 12 oz
    tri-colored twist pasta
  • 3 c
    broccoli florets
  • 1/2 lb
    fresh mushrooms, quartered
  • 1
    sliced red onion
  • 1
    red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1
    10-1/2 oz can chicken broth
  • 2 tsp
    dried basil
  • 1 tsp
    dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp
    crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 16 oz
    light sour cream

How to Make Garden pasta salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook pasta as directed, drain, place in a lg bowl. Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray, place over med-high heat.
  2. Add broccoli, mushrooms and red bell pepper to skillet. Cook 2-3 mins, stirring often. Add broth, basil, thyme and crushed red pepper.
  3. Add salt. Bring to a boil, cooking 2 more mins. Reduce heat to low. Stir in sour cream. Cook, atirring until fully heated. Pour mix over pasta in bowl, toss to coat and serve.
