Mom's version of mac salad, made without onion for my sis and myself. I've had this recipe for over 30 years. Easy and good!

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    (8 oz) elbow macaroni
  • 2
    eggs, hard boiled & chopped
  • 1/3 c
    sweet pickle relish, or chopped sweet pickles
  • 1/3 c
    diced celery
  • 2/3 c
    mayo
  • 2 Tbsp
    yellow mustard

How to Make Elaine's Picnic Macaroni Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook and drain macaroni according to package directions. Drain and run under cold water, drain well.
  2. Cook eggs, cool and chop.
  3. Combine mac and eggs with remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cover and chill.
