Mom's version of mac salad, made without onion for my sis and myself. I've had this recipe for over 30 years. Easy and good!

Ingredients
- 1 package (8 oz) elbow macaroni
- 2 - eggs, hard boiled & chopped
- 1/3 cup sweet pickle relish, or chopped sweet pickles
- 1/3 cup diced celery
- 2/3 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
How To Make elaine's picnic macaroni salad

Step 1Cook and drain macaroni according to package directions. Drain and run under cold water, drain well.

Step 2Cook eggs, cool and chop.

Step 3Combine mac and eggs with remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cover and chill.
