Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked macaroni pasta
- 3/4 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup frozen green peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup lite mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet dill pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 2 - hard-boiled eggs, chopped
How To Make deli-style macaroni salad

Step 1Cook pasta as directed, drain. Run under cold water, drain again. In lg bowl, combine cooled pasta, cheese cubes, celery, peas, radishes and green onion.

Step 2In medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, relish, milk, salt and pepper. Pour dressing over pasta mix.

Step 3Add eggs and toss gently to coat. Cover, chill for 4 hrs.
