I have a love for crab legs. I wish I lived in a fishing community so I could get fresh seafood anytime I wanted. It's hard to find it at a good price in the Midwest and decent quality for that matter. Every now and then I splurge and buy some lump crab meat though to make some of my favorite recipes. This is one of them. Just a simple pasta salad.

Recipe is my own.

8 oz
crab meat, chopped
8 oz
small pasta shells or macaroni
1/2 c
red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c
sweet onion, chopped
1/2 c
celery, chopped
2 Tbsp
parsley, chopped
2/3 c
2/3 c
sour cream
1/3 c
chili sauce
2 Tbsp
dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Crab Pasta Salad-Annette's


  • 1Cook pasta and drain. Combine pasta, crab meat, celery, onion, red pepper and parsley.
  • 2Add remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix well. Pour over pasta and stir to combine.
  • 3Chill for several hours before serving. Enjoy!
