chicken macaroni salad (my own version)

This recipe was always requested by church member's whenever we have occasions or pot luck in our church.

Ingredients

  • package macaroni, elbow
  • kilogram chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • large eggs, hard boiled
  • cup 3 cups mayonaise
  • tablespoon 3 tbsp yellow mustard
  • can tid bits can pineapple, drained
  • box small raisin
  • cup 1/2 cup sweet relish
  • pinch salt and pepper to taste
  • small sweet onion, chopped
  • medium carrot, cooke and diced

How To Make chicken macaroni salad (my own version)

  • Step 1
    In a saucepan, boil chicken until done( no pink in the center).Let it cool. Cook macaroni pasta as directed ( see package direction).
  • Step 2
    Shred the chicken. Chop the hardboiled egg. Combine all the ingredients. Refrigerate.
  • Step 3
    Serve it cold.
