Ingredients

  • pkg
    macaroni, elbow
  • kg
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • large
    eggs, hard boiled
  • c
    3 cups mayonaise
  • Tbsp
    3 tbsp yellow mustard
  • can(s)
    tid bits can pineapple, drained
  • box
    small raisin
  • c
    1/2 cup sweet relish
  • pinch
    salt and pepper to taste
  • small
    sweet onion, chopped
  • medium
    carrot, cooke and diced

How to Make Chicken Macaroni Salad (my own version)

Step-by-Step

  1. In a saucepan, boil chicken until done( no pink in the center).Let it cool. Cook macaroni pasta as directed ( see package direction).
  2. Shred the chicken. Chop the hardboiled egg.
    Combine all the ingredients.
    Refrigerate.
  3. Serve it cold.
