As everyone has different taste you can change this up and use blue cheese dressing instead of ranch and you can vary amount of hot sauce and dressing based on your preference. I usually add more hot sauce, we LIKE it hot! You can also use canned chicken, rotisserie chicken whatever is easier, however I believe that shredded is best. Might also like to top it with some crumbled blue cheese!

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    Barilla Plus multi-grain rotelli or farfalle
  • 2
    carrot, shredded
  • 2
    celery stalks, chopped
  • 2
    shallots, chopped fine
  • 1/3 c
    Franks Buffalo sauce
  • 2/3 c
    your favorite light ranch dressing
  • 2 c
    shredded chicken (I use baked tenders)

How to Make Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook pasta as instucted.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare (chop) your vegetables and combine hot sauce with dressing.
  3. Once pasta is cooked and drained toss with dressing mix, then add vegetable and chicken.
  4. Refrigerate until chilled.
