buffalo chicken pasta salad
As everyone has a different taste, you can change this up and use blue cheese dressing instead of the ranch. You can vary the amount of hot sauce and dressing based on your preference. I usually add more hot sauce, we LIKE it hot! You can also use canned chicken, rotisserie chicken whatever is easier. However, I believe that shredded is best. Might also like to top it with some crumbled blue cheese!
Blue Ribbon Recipe
If you love hot wings, you're going to enjoy this Buffalo pasta salad. Buffalo chicken flavor permeates the pasta salad. It does have a bit of kick to it. Adjust the Buffalo sauce to suit your taste. The next time we make this we may double the dressing. The pasta soaks up the dressing a bit and we like our pasta salads super creamy. Pick up a rotisserie chicken and this can be made in a snap.
