Broccoli Tortellini Salad
Ingredients

4 cbroccoli florets

2 pkg9 oz. each, refrigerated cheese tortellini

1/2 cfinely chopped red onion

1/4 craisins
-
1/2 cmayonaise
-
3 Tbspsugar

1 Tbspcider vinegar

5 slicebacon, cooked, crumbled

1/4 csunflower kernels, unsalted
How to Make Broccoli Tortellini Salad
- In a large saucepan cook broccoli in 6 cups boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and immediately rinse in cold water. In the same pan cook tortellini according to package directions.. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine red onion raisins, broccoli and tortellini. Combine the mayo, sugar, and vinegar.
- Pour over tortellini mixture, toss to coat. Refrigerate for a least 1 hour. Just before serving, stir in bacon and sunflower kernels.. Enjoy!
