Basil Italian Pasta Salad
The recipe called for sliced carrots. I use shredded carrots and chopped them into small pieces.
I have made many Pasta Salads over the years, and this is one of my favorites.
Everyone really seems to enjoy the taste of the Wish Bone Rubusto Dressing.
That dressing really has a kick to it.
I grow my own Basil so I know it is fresh.

Cut each cucumber into quarters vertically and slice into small pieces, chop the olives in half. Toss the veggies, basil, chopped olives, diced red onion, tomatoes, cucumber, into the bowl of pasta.
Stir in the mayo, drizzle with the Italian dressing and a little olive oil and then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add the cut up salami, chopped basil and toss.
