What's not to love about Bacon, Cheese and surimi. I had all in the fridge today and threw this salad together for lunch. MmmMmm good.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This is one of those recipes that you keep thinking about after you eat it. I love surimi so that was hit #1. Then you add bacon and cheese?

You could lighten this recipe, if you replace the mayo with Greek yogurt. YUMMMM!  The Test Kitchen
