Blue Ribbon Recipe
This is one of those recipes that you keep thinking about after you eat it. I love surimi so that was hit #1. Then you add bacon and cheese?
You could lighten this recipe, if you replace the mayo with Greek yogurt. YUMMMM!

Ingredients

1 lbsurimi chunks (imitation crab)

3 stalk(s)celery, diced

1/2 cgreen onions, chopped (or sweet vidalia)

1/2 lbbacon, cooked (and crumbled)

8 ozcheddar cheese, cubed

1 boxbow tie paste, cooked al dente
-
1 cmayo
-
1/2 tspdill weed
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
·old bay seasoning, taste
-
·salt and pepper to taste
-
1/2 csliced ripe olives
How to Make Bacon and Cheese Seafood Pasta
- Mix first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl and til well combined.
- Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
