asain pasta salad

hubby is cookin steaks on the grill want somethin a little different...was gonna do tater salad, no jus had taters,plain pasta salad..that is what this started as...while boilin whole wheat pasta added spices to water and came up with this........very good and yes indeed a little different...

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound whole wheat spaghetti,broken into bit size pieces
- 6 large hard boiled eggs,chopped
- 1 small carrot,grated fine
- 2 tablespoons ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/2 + cup low salt soy sauce,divided
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons dried celery leaves
- 2 tablespoons dried scallions
- 2 tablespoons dried chives
- 2 teaspoons sweet relish
How To Make asain pasta salad

Step 1boil eggs,peal and put in fridge til ready to add to salad

Step 2in lg pot put bout 2 qts of water, add garlic and onion powders,ginger,and soy sauce bring to boil add spag boil til tender, box said 8-12 min but i boiled it bout 20 min stir several times while boilin once cooked drain well

Step 3while pasta cooks mix mayo,sour cream,dried veggies,mustard,relish in lg bowl chop 5 0f the eggs add to bowl set last egg aside for garnish when pasta cooked add to bowl while it is still warm add grated carrots mix all well

Step 4add bout 2T soy sauce taste add more if needed cut egg in 1/2 lengthwise garnish top of salad with it then sprinkle a few chives on top.... put in fridge for afternoon to chill well.... and enjoy!!!!
