I got this recipe from a good friend years ago and the artichokes and sun dried tomatoes make this salad very tasty.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti pasta ; cooked and drained
- 1/2 cup roasted or sun dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts ; drained
- 1/4 cup kalamata (greek) olives ; sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup light olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 package zesty italian dressing mix
How To Make artichoke italian pasta salad

Step 1For the sauce : Mix the mayonnaise , vinegar , olive oil , honey together until smooth and creamy.

Step 2Toss the pasta , olives , artichokes , and the olives in a large mixing bowl and pour dressing on top and mix throughly.

Step 3Can be served immediately or chilled.
