antipasto pasta salad

This is the go to salad for summer. You can add or omit, depending on your tastes. I like to use two different italian dressings or you could make your own.

Ingredients

  • 1 box tri-colored spiral pasta
  • 1/3 pound hard salami, chopped
  • 1 - block montery jack cheese, cubed
  • 1 - block sharp chedder, cubed
  • 1 jar artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 jar roasted red peppers, sliced in strips
  • 1 can black olives, drained and sliced
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 bottles of your favorite italian dressing

How To Make antipasto pasta salad

  • Step 1
    Boil pasta according to directions on box. Rinse with cold water and drain well.
  • Step 2
    Add all the ingredients and mix well.
  • Step 3
    Chill for at least 3 hours or overnight for best results.
