antipasto pasta salad
This is the go to salad for summer. You can add or omit, depending on your tastes. I like to use two different italian dressings or you could make your own.

Ingredients
- 1 box tri-colored spiral pasta
- 1/3 pound hard salami, chopped
- 1 - block montery jack cheese, cubed
- 1 - block sharp chedder, cubed
- 1 jar artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 jar roasted red peppers, sliced in strips
- 1 can black olives, drained and sliced
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 bottles of your favorite italian dressing
How To Make antipasto pasta salad

Step 1Boil pasta according to directions on box. Rinse with cold water and drain well.

Step 2Add all the ingredients and mix well.

Step 3Chill for at least 3 hours or overnight for best results.
