Angel Hair Pasta Salad

Christine Whisenhunt

A woman my husband worked with made this for a potluck once. I couldn't stop eating it! I finally got the recipe from her. It sounds like it wouldn't be good, but believe me... It is! I hope you try it. Enjoy!

Note: Photo borrowed from internet. This doesn't show everything that is in this, but you get a basic idea. I'll update the photo next time I make this.

How to Make Angel Hair Pasta Salad

  1. Cook pasta. Do not over cook. It should still be al dente. Drain.
  2. Chop chicken into bite size chunks. Add salt and pepper. Saute in butter and A LOT of garlic.
  3. Toss everything together. Add an additional tbsp. of minced garlic, or to taste.
  4. Note: I prefer feta cheese, plain or flavored.
