angel hair pasta salad

A woman my husband worked with made this for a potluck once. I couldn't stop eating it! I finally got the recipe from her. It sounds like it wouldn't be good, but believe me... It is! I hope you try it. I know you'll love it too!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound angel hair pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 - red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 can black olives
  • 1 package feta or gorganzola, (plain, garlic basil or tomato flavor)
  • 1 package fresh baby spinach
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced thin
  • 1 package mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • A LOT - garlic, minced
  • - butter
  • 1 bottle bernstein's cheesy garlic dressing (if you can't find this, any italian dressing with cheese and garlic should work.)

How To Make angel hair pasta salad

  • Step 1
    Cook pasta. Do not over cook. It should still be al dente. Drain.
  • Step 2
    Chop chicken into bite size chunks. Add salt and pepper. Saute in butter and A LOT of garlic.
  • Step 3
    Toss everything together. Add an additional tbsp. of minced garlic, or to taste.
  • Step 4
    Note: I prefer feta cheese, plain or flavored.
