alice's spaghetti salad
This was shared with me by a dear co-worker, Alice St. Clair, recently. This would be a perfect dish for a 4th of July or Labor Day get-together.

Ingredients
- 1 pound angel hair pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 - green pepper, diced
- 1/2 - red pepper, diced
- 1 - carrot, diced small
- 2 or 3 - green onions, diced
- DRESSING:
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup oil
How To Make alice's spaghetti salad

Step 1Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

Step 2Meanwhile, chop vegetables and mix into cooked pasta.

Step 3DRESSING: Mix ingredients together until sugar is dissolved. Pour over pasta and chill.
