    broccoli, bunch
  • 1 lb
    cherry tomatoes
  • 1 can(s)
    black olives, 16 oz.
  • 1 large
    green pepper
  • 1 large
    red onion
  • 1 can(s)
    red kidney beans drained. 16 oz.
  • 1 can(s)
    yellow wax beans, drained. 16 oz.
  • 1 lb
    fresh mushrooms
  • 1 can(s)
    water chestnuts. 12 oz.
  • 1 large
  • 1 bunch
    radishes, sliced
  • 1 pkg
    zesty italian dressing mix
  • 1 bottle
    zesty italian dressing 16 oz.

How to Make Zesty Broccoli Salad


  1. Break broccoli into bite size pieces. Slice tomatoes, olives,green pepper,onions, water chestnuts, mushrooms, cucumber and radishes.
  2. Put all vegetables together in a large bowl. Sprinkle with dry dressing mix, and toss. ADD:
    bottle of italian dressing. Stir.
  3. Let marinate in the refrigerator for an hour or so before serving.
    Makes a very large salad. enjoy...
