Yummy carrot salad
Do not make the day before or overnight. The salad will get soggy.
Hint: If you have any leftovers and want to save for the next day...add another small grated carrot.

3 largecarrots, grated
1 craisins (option)
1 cwalnuts, chopped
1/4 cfinely chopped celery
2 Tbspshredded coconut
2 Tbspsour cream
1 Tbspapple cider vinegar
1/2 tspwhite sugar
How to Make Yummy carrot salad
- Add raisins, walnuts, celery, carrots and coconut to a medium size bowl.
- Dressing: Mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar and salt in a separate bowl
- Add dressing to carrot mixture and stir until well coated.
Cover and chill for a couple of hours before serving.
