Ingredients
- 1 16 ounces bag of frozen pea's
- 1 - block of cracker barrel sharp cheese (red package)
- 6 - pieces of crispy bacon
- 1 cup mayo or enough to moisten.
How To Make wisconsin pea salad

Step 1Let your pea's come to room temperature.

Step 2When pea's are room temperature put in a bowl.

Step 3Shredd your block of sharp cheese (you can use packaged shredded sharp cheese if you like)Add this to your pea's

Step 4Crumble up bacon and add to the bowl of cheese and pea's

Step 5Add a cup of mayo or enough to moisten everything. Stir it all together and put in fridge over night. Stir before serving.
