Wisconsin Pea Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz
    bag of frozen pea's
  • 1
    block of cracker barrel sharp cheese (red package)
  • 6
    pieces of crispy bacon
  • 1 c
    mayo or enough to moisten.

How To Make

  • 1
    Let your pea's come to room temperature.
  • 2
    When pea's are room temperature put in a bowl.
  • 3
    Shredd your block of sharp cheese (you can use packaged shredded sharp cheese if you like)Add this to your pea's
  • 4
    Crumble up bacon and add to the bowl of cheese and pea's
  • 5
    Add a cup of mayo or enough to moisten everything. Stir it all together and put in fridge over night. Stir before serving.
