How To Make
Let your pea's come to room temperature.
When pea's are room temperature put in a bowl.
Shredd your block of sharp cheese (you can use packaged shredded sharp cheese if you like)Add this to your pea's
Crumble up bacon and add to the bowl of cheese and pea's
Add a cup of mayo or enough to moisten everything. Stir it all together and put in fridge over night.
Stir before serving.
