How to Make Wisconsin Pea Salad
- Let your pea's come to room temperature.
- When pea's are room temperature put in a bowl.
- Shredd your block of sharp cheese (you can use packaged shredded sharp cheese if you like)Add this to your pea's
- Crumble up bacon and add to the bowl of cheese and pea's
- Add a cup of mayo or enough to moisten everything. Stir it all together and put in fridge over night.
Stir before serving.
