- 1 bunch kale washed and chopped
- 1 large sliced pear
- 1 cup roasted chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

Step 1dip pear slices in fresh lemon juice, add all ingredients to large salad bowl, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.salt and pepper to taste, toss and serve!
