Easy, refreshing, and healthy. I had this salad at a friend's house and loved it so much, she told me that it is on the back of the Wheat Berries package of Nature's Earthly Choice. The only change I made is that I used Craisins instead of raisins.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

A scoop of this delightful salad with a few apple slices on a plate with some grilled chicken would make a lovely ladies luncheon entree! The simple substitution of dried cranberries for raisins adds so much in terms of both flavor and presentation. Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen
