- 1 - mango (not fully ripe)
- 3 medium scallions--chopped
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1/2 - lime--juiced
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce (tamari or gluten free)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon black & white sesame seeds

Step 1JULIENNE THE MANGO (CUT INTO STRIPS) COMBINE WITH CABBAGE, CARROTS, SCALLIONS & TOSS TOGETHER IN LARGE BOWL.
