  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 - mango (not fully ripe)
  • 3 medium scallions--chopped
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1/2 - lime--juiced
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce (tamari or gluten free)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon black & white sesame seeds

How To Make weight watchers asian cabbage mango slaw

  • Step 1
    JULIENNE THE MANGO (CUT INTO STRIPS) COMBINE WITH CABBAGE, CARROTS, SCALLIONS & TOSS TOGETHER IN LARGE BOWL.
  • Step 2
    PREPARE DRESSING BY WHISKING TOGETHER RICE VINEGAR, SOY SAUCE, LIME JUICE, SLOWLY WHISK IN OIL.
  • Step 3
    POUR DRESSING OVER CABBAGE MIXTURE & TOSS TO COAT. LET IT SIT AT LEAST 15-20 MINS. TO LET THE DRESSING SOAK IN.
