Ingredients

  • 2 c
    shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 c
    shredded carrots
  • 1
    mango (not fully ripe)
  • 3 medium
    scallions--chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 1/2
    lime--juiced
  • 1 Tbsp
    low sodium soy sauce (tamari or gluten free)
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 1 tsp
    black & white sesame seeds

How to Make WEIGHT WATCHERS ASIAN CABBAGE MANGO SLAW

Step-by-Step

  1. JULIENNE THE MANGO (CUT INTO STRIPS) COMBINE WITH CABBAGE, CARROTS, SCALLIONS & TOSS TOGETHER IN LARGE BOWL.
  2. PREPARE DRESSING BY WHISKING TOGETHER RICE VINEGAR, SOY SAUCE, LIME JUICE, SLOWLY WHISK IN OIL.
  3. POUR DRESSING OVER CABBAGE MIXTURE & TOSS TO COAT. LET IT SIT AT LEAST 15-20 MINS. TO LET THE DRESSING SOAK IN.
  4. SERVED SPRINKLED WITH SESAME SEEDS
