Ingredients
- - 4 cups seedless watermelon, cut into 2 inch pieces
- - 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- - 1 large tomato, chopped
- - 1 avocado, chopped
- - 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
- - 1/2 tsp salt
- - 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- - 2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
- LIME DRIZZLE
- - 1 1/2 limes, large, juiced
- - 1 - 2 tsp sugar, optional
- - 1/2 cup plain yogurt
How To Make watermelon salad

Step 1In a small bowl add the lime juice, sugar and yogurt. Mix well and set aside until needed.

Step 2In a large bowl add the following ingredients: watermelon, red onion, tomato, avocado and macadamia nuts. Mix gently.

Step 3Season with the salt, pepper and cilantro. Gently toss the salad and serve.

Step 4Garnish with the Lime Drizzle.
