turkey wild rice salad

Never had someone taste this salad that didn't ask for the recipe. This salad is a real winner!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, cubed (can get deli turkey sliced thick and cube)
  • 1 box long grain wild rice, cooked
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup sweet red pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries or craisins
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 4 - green onions, sliced

How To Make turkey wild rice salad

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients. Leave plain or drizzle with Raspberry-Poppyseed Dressing (I use Beverly's available at most grocery stores. I buy mine at Shop-n-Save.)
  • Step 2
    Refrigerate any leftover salad. You may heat briefly in microwave before serving again.
