I had some left over roasted turkey breast and threw this together to make a sandwich spread. It turned out so well and got rave reviews from everyone so thought I would share.

Ingredients
- 2 cups diced turkey breast
- 2 - diced celery stalks
- 3/4 cup dried cranberry's
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup miracle whip
How To Make turkey salad

Step 1Mix together all ingredients and add salt and pepper to taste. I like lots of black pepper :) Let chill over night or at least a couple of hours to meld flavors. Delicious as a sandwich spread but would also be good served as a salad on a bed of lettuce greens.
