Ingredients

  • 8 cups fresh washed greens
  • 1 cup ham, julienne strips
  • 1 cup turkey, julienne strips
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped fine
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup each- swiss & american cheese julienne strips
  • 2 - hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits
  • 8 ounces dressing of choice

How To Make traditional chef salad

  • Step 1
    Wash all vegetables: Julienne the meats and cheeses,chop all other vegetables as indicated above. devide between 4 plattes.
