- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 2 - fresh chili peppers, finely chopped (deseeded for less heat)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup vinegar (red wine, white wine or your choice)
- - grated fresh ginger to taste
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make tomato salad

Step 1Mix tomatoes, onion and peppers together in a bowl.

Step 2Mix dressing ingredients together and adjust seasoning to your liking.
