Ingredients

  • 3 large tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped
  • 2 - fresh chili peppers, finely chopped (deseeded for less heat)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 - 1/2 cup vinegar (red wine, white wine or your choice)
  • - grated fresh ginger to taste
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make tomato salad

  • Step 1
    Mix tomatoes, onion and peppers together in a bowl.
  • Step 2
    Mix dressing ingredients together and adjust seasoning to your liking.
  • Step 3
    Dress salad just before serving.
