Ingredients
- 4 cups savoy cabbage, finely shredded
- 1/2 cup green onions, finely minced
- 1/2 cup red or green bell pepper, seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced
- 1 cup yogurt, plain
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 ounces blue cheese
- - salt and pepper, to taste

Step 1In a large bowl combine cabbage, onions, bell pepper, and dill.

Step 2Blend together the yogurt, sour cream, vinegar, honey, and blue cheese.

Step 3Toss cole slaw dressing with cabbage mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
