This unique salad is great for summertime gatherings, although this is always requested at Thanksgiving and other family gatherings.

Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
8 ounces cream cheese
1-8 0unce package cool whip
1 jar drained marchino cherries (keep some juice if you want to tint the salad pink instead of white)

1 can drained fruit cocktail
1 cup colored mini-marshmallows
1 bunch halved grapes

How To Make teacherman's frozen salad

Step 1

BEAT TOGETHER: sugar, mayo, cream cheese.

Step 2

FOLD IN: marchino cherries, pineapple tidbits, fruit cocktail, marshmallows, and halved grapes.
Step 3

Turn into a loaf pan and freeze. Cut into 12-16 slices and serve on a plate. (sometimes this salad tends to "grow," and may make one larger loaf pan and a smaller loaf pan.)
