superfood salad
I love salads. I wanted to make something like the superfood salad at Chick-fil-A. The longer this one sits the better it gets. It will last in the fridge about 5 days. I eat it every day till it is gone (I usually eat it twice a day). So good. I use 2 small "snack size" (1.5 0z each) of Lance Shelled Sunflower Seeds for this salad. It makes a lot so you can cut the recipe in half.

Ingredients
- 2 bags broccoli salad mix
- 1/2 bag fresh brussels sprouts, shredded
- 2 cups fresh kale, chopped fine
- 1 cup cranberries, dried, chopped
- 3 ounces sunflower seeds, shelled
- 16 ounces poppyseed dressing, lite (ken's)
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
How To Make superfood salad

Step 1Mix everything together in a large container with a lid.

Step 2Chill in the fridge at least 4 hours or overnight.
