Ingredients
- 1 medium head green cabbage, shredded
- 1 - green bell pepper, seeded & sliced thin
- 1/2 small onion, halved & sliced thin
- 1 - celery stalk, sliced thin
- DRESSING
- 1 cup mayonnaise (do not substitute)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
How To Make super summer slaw

Step 1Mix cabbage, green pepper, onion & celery in large bowl.

Step 2In really large bowl whisk together, mayo, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, cayenne & garlic.

Step 3Stir in cabbage mixture & refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
