This is something that my family loves. It is great for a summer meal or a lazy day in the kitchen

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces roast beef
  • 4 ounces honey ham
  • 4 ounces turkey, smoked
  • 4 ounces pastrami
  • 4 ounces pepperoni
  • 1 package bacon, cooked
  • 4 ounces swiss cheese
  • 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 ounces provolone cheese
  • 4 ounces pepperjack cheese
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 package julianne carrots
  • 1 package baby spinach, fresh
  • 1 can olives small, drained
  • 2 large french bread loaves
  • 1-2 tablespoon your choice dressings
  • 2 large tomatoes, firm
  • 1 package mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning

How To Make super club sandwich

  • Step 1
Cook the bacon, While cooking rinse off produce drain and dry. Don't rinse mushrooms if you have purchased sliced mushrooms just check for dirt. If you are going to slice them yourself wipe them off with a dry towel
  • Step 2
If using raw bacon drain and save grease for another use. Slice the cucumber and tomato. I prefer to use a mandolin slicer for uniform thin slices set aside. When using a mandolin this is where the tomato has to be firm or you will get mush.
  • Top on
    Step 3
Toast the bread lightly. You can attempt to slice it so that it will be hinged but the sandwich is going to be thick so I just cut it to have a top and bottom half. Spread you mayo ( dressing of your choice) on both halves.
  • This is using the small sub bread and one person can eat off of it twice
    Step 4
You can assemble this in any order that you like. I like to alternate meats and cheese and add topping in between. Leaving the tomatoes for this last level and sprinkling the sandwich with Italian seasoning.
  • Step 5
Once assembled I then use tooth picks to hold it together and cut it into 1 inch pieces. Enjoy!
