- 4 ounces provolone cheese
- 4 ounces pepperjack cheese
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 package julianne carrots
- 1 package baby spinach, fresh

- 2 large tomatoes, firm
- 1 package mushrooms, sliced

How To Make super club sandwich
-
Step 1Cook the bacon, While cooking rinse off produce drain and dry. Don't rinse mushrooms if you have purchased sliced mushrooms just check for dirt. If you are going to slice them yourself wipe them off with a dry towel
-
Step 2If using raw bacon drain and save grease for another use. Slice the cucumber and tomato. I prefer to use a mandolin slicer for uniform thin slices set aside. When using a mandolin this is where the tomato has to be firm or you will get mush.
-
Step 3Toast the bread lightly. You can attempt to slice it so that it will be hinged but the sandwich is going to be thick so I just cut it to have a top and bottom half. Spread you mayo ( dressing of your choice) on both halves.
-
Step 4You can assemble this in any order that you like. I like to alternate meats and cheese and add topping in between. Leaving the tomatoes for this last level and sprinkling the sandwich with Italian seasoning.
-
Step 5Once assembled I then use tooth picks to hold it together and cut it into 1 inch pieces. Enjoy!
