When the weather is 90+ and it's too hot to cook this is one of my go to recipes. Also with all the garden produce in this salad it makes you feel good to know you are making good use of it and feeding your family well.

How to Make Summer Pasta Salad

  1. Mix mayonaise, parmasen cheese and milk in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. Cook macaroni in salted water until tender and drain. Let cool slightly.
  3. Toss together all the remaining ingredients and pour the mayonaise mixture over all. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Sometimes I add a little shredded cheddar cheese to it for a little change.
