My husband and I are learning how healthy it is to eat raw.... I made this several times.We like it very much! You may want to add to it....I would like to know from anyone who has a comment please.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup broccoli florets
  • 3/4 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 - onion
  • one - peeled chopped apple
  • 3/4 cup sliced almonds finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sliced grapes
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed oil
  • one - lime juiced
  • - optional 1 grated garilc clove

How To Make sue's original raw salad

  • Step 1
    I use a food processor for the first 3 ingredients.Add the almonds, grapes.
  • Step 2
    Stir together well.Add Lime Juice,and-flax seed oil,and optional- raisins.
  • Step 3
    Dressing...1/2 cup Kefir, 1 Tablespoon Lime juice,1 Tablespoon Honey.
  • Step 4
    I serve this on finely shredded leaf lettuce,and drizzle with the dressing...enjoy!!
