My husband and I are learning how healthy it is to eat raw.... I made this several times.We like it very much! You may want to add to it....I would like to know from anyone who has a comment please.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup broccoli florets
- 3/4 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 - onion
- one - peeled chopped apple
- 3/4 cup sliced almonds finely chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced grapes
- 2 tablespoons flax seed oil
- one - lime juiced
- - optional 1 grated garilc clove
How To Make sue's original raw salad

Step 1I use a food processor for the first 3 ingredients.Add the almonds, grapes.

Step 2Stir together well.Add Lime Juice,and-flax seed oil,and optional- raisins.

Step 3Dressing...1/2 cup Kefir, 1 Tablespoon Lime juice,1 Tablespoon Honey.

Step 4I serve this on finely shredded leaf lettuce,and drizzle with the dressing...enjoy!!
