    fresh strawberries, stemmed and halved
  • 1 small
    red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c
    coarsely chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1 pkg
    spinach and romaine lettuce

  • 1/3 c
    olive oil, light
  • 1/3 c
    raspberry vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    fresh black pepper
  • 2 c
    shredded chicken for the salad

How to Make Strawberry Spinach Chicken Salad


  1. combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl, Drizzle with half of Cinnamon Vinaigrette, tossing to coat.
  2. For Dressing: combine all ingredients in a jar, cover and chill at least 2 hours. Shake well before serving Yield 2/3 cup
