Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 bag (10 ounce) pre-washed baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup craisins®, cherry flavored dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/3 cup honey roasted peanuts, chopped
  • 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled

How To Make spinach salad with blue cheese and cranberries

  • Step 1
    In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil with the vinegar and season the vinaigrette with salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl , toss the spinach with the craisins® and honey roasted peanuts. Add the vinaigrette and toss well.
  • Step 3
    Add the crumbled blue cheese, toss the salad lightly and serve.
