- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 bag (10 ounce) pre-washed baby spinach
- 1/2 cup craisins®, cherry flavored dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/3 cup honey roasted peanuts, chopped
- 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
How To Make spinach salad with blue cheese and cranberries

Step 1In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil with the vinegar and season the vinaigrette with salt and pepper.

Step 2In a large bowl , toss the spinach with the craisins® and honey roasted peanuts. Add the vinaigrette and toss well.

Step 3Add the crumbled blue cheese, toss the salad lightly and serve.
