Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups corn chips
  • 1/2 - head icebberg lettuce, torn
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 15 ounces can pinto brans, rinced and drained
  • 1 - tomato. seedeed and diced
  • 1/2 cup salad dressing of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green chilies
  • 1 small avocado, peeled and slices

How To Make southwestern salad

  • Step 1
    In a serving bowl or platter, toss chips, lettuce. cheese, beans, tomato, salad dressing, onions and chilies. Top with avocado. Serve right away. Makes 6-8 servings.
