  • 2 1/2 c
    corn chips
  • 1/2
    head icebberg lettuce, torn
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 15 oz
    can pinto brans, rinced and drained
  • 1
    tomato. seedeed and diced
  • 1/2 c
    salad dressing of your choice
  • 2 Tbsp
    thinly sliced green onions
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped green chilies
  • 1 small
    avocado, peeled and slices



  1. In a serving bowl or platter, toss chips, lettuce. cheese, beans, tomato, salad dressing, onions and chilies. Top with avocado. Serve right away. Makes 6-8 servings.
