Ingredients

dijon mustard

green onions

hard boiled eggs
1/2 c
no fat cottage cheese

celery stick
4 Tbsp
pickle juice

pickles

turkey bacon

How to Make Skinny Egg Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1Boil eggs until cooked for about 6-8 minutes or until cooked. Cut up all veggies. When eggs are cooked cut up into small pieces. Take all ingredients and mix together. It is yummy enough to eat alone or of course you can add a little lettuce, tortilla or bread and make a sandwich or wrap.
