Ingredients

  • 1/2 - onion
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 - green onions
  • 4 - hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup no fat cottage cheese
  • 1 - celery stick
  • 4 tablespoons pickle juice
  • 2 - pickles
  • 6 - turkey bacon

How To Make skinny egg salad

  • Step 1
    Boil eggs until cooked for about 6-8 minutes or until cooked. Cut up all veggies. When eggs are cooked cut up into small pieces. Take all ingredients and mix together. It is yummy enough to eat alone or of course you can add a little lettuce, tortilla or bread and make a sandwich or wrap. Bon ABpetite!
