Simple Avocado and Onion Salad
3large avocados, thinly sliced
1/2 cred onion, paper thin sliced
1 Tbspextra-virgin olive oil
1 Tbspred wine vinegar
·salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
How to Make Simple Avocado and Onion Salad
- Arrange the slices on avocado on a platter. I prefer to fan them out as I like it looks pretty. Top with the paper thin slices of red onion.
- Drizzle with the red wine vinegar and olive oil. Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately so the avocados remain green.
