- 1 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 1 - carrot, shredded
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- - salt and pepper to taste

Step 1In a large bowl, gently toss the shrimp, carrot, onion and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. Top with bacon bits. Chill until ready to serve. Makes 4-6 servings.
