Ingredients
- 2 quarts shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 medium eggs, hard boiled, chopped
- 1/2 medium green pepper, diced, optional
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced, optional
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3-4 dashes hot sauce
How To Make shrimp salad

Step 1Place shrimp in two quarts of rapidly boiling, salted water; cook 4-6 minutes. Drain and cool. Cut shrimp into 3-5 pieces each-depending on size. Add other ingredients, mixing well. Refrigerate 3-4 hours before serving.
