    fresh green beans
  • 1 medium
    red bell pepper (or yellow), cut into 1/4-inch strips
  • 2 Tbsp
    toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp
    sesame oil

How to Make Sesame Green Beans & Peppers


  1. Trim green beans and blanch in boiling water about 2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Place in a serving bowl with bell pepper and toss with remaining ingredients.
  3. Chill or serve room temperature.
